Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PCCM Fellows Hub ("the Platform"), a medical education technology platform operated by PCCM Fellows Hub LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a fellowship program, residency program, or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Platform Description

PCCM Fellows Hub is a comprehensive medical education platform designed for pulmonary and critical care medicine (PCCM) fellowship programs. The Platform provides:

Board-style question banks with AI-powered question generation
High-yield topic libraries aligned with ABIM exam blueprints
Curated article libraries with AI summaries of landmark trials and guidelines
AI-powered study assistant and clinical case simulations
Program director dashboards with cohort analytics and ACGME milestone tracking
Faculty content contribution and peer review workflows
Spaced repetition and gamified learning features

User Accounts & Roles

Access to the Platform requires a user account. Users are assigned roles that determine their access level and permissions:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription & Billing

The Platform offers multiple subscription tiers for fellowship programs:

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Programs on the Starter tier that fail to meet the monthly contribution quota will receive a 30-day grace period before access is restricted to read-only mode.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Enter any real patient data, Protected Health Information (PHI), or personally identifiable health information
Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
Upload malicious content, malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform
Misrepresent your identity, role, or institutional affiliation
Use the Platform for clinical decision-making or direct patient care

Intellectual Property & Content

The Platform, including its design, features, AI models, and curated content, is the intellectual property of PCCM Fellows Hub LLC. All rights are reserved.

Faculty Contributions: When you submit questions, articles, or other educational content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content within the Platform for educational purposes. You retain ownership of your original work and may use it elsewhere.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by the Platform's AI tools (questions, explanations, case simulations) is provided for educational purposes only. AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified medical professionals before being used in any formal educational setting.

Medical Disclaimer

PCCM Fellows Hub is an educational tool, not a clinical decision support system. The content provided on this Platform, including AI-generated responses, is intended solely for medical education and training purposes.

The Platform should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, clinical guidelines, or direct patient care. Always consult current clinical guidelines and institutional protocols for patient management decisions.

While we strive for accuracy, medical knowledge evolves rapidly. We do not guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Users are encouraged to report any content concerns through the Platform's feedback system.

Termination & Data Export

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Your access to the Platform will be revoked
You may request an export of your personal data and activity history within 30 days of termination
We will retain de-identified, aggregated data for platform improvement purposes
Any prepaid subscription fees for unused months will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCCM Fellows Hub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you or your program for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
