Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PCCM Hub ("the Platform"), a medical education technology platform operated by PCCM Hub LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a fellowship program, residency program, or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Platform Description

PCCM Hub is a comprehensive medical education platform designed for pulmonary and critical care medicine (PCCM) fellowship programs. The Platform provides:

Board-style question banks with faculty-authored content and AI-assisted generation

High-yield topic libraries aligned with ABIM exam blueprints

Curated article libraries with AI summaries of landmark trials and guidelines

AI-powered study assistant and clinical case simulations

Program director dashboards with cohort analytics and ACGME milestone tracking

Faculty content contribution and peer review workflows

Spaced repetition and gamified learning features

User Accounts & Roles

Access to the Platform requires a user account. Users are assigned roles that determine their access level and permissions:

Fellow	Full access to learning modules, question bank, articles, AI tools, and personal progress tracking
Faculty	Learning access plus content contribution, peer review, and teaching tools
Program Director	Full access plus cohort analytics, milestone assessment, and program management
Coordinator	Fellow roster management, access code administration, and program coordination tools

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription & Billing

The Platform offers multiple subscription tiers for training programs and individual learners:

Starter (Free)	Contribution-based access — programs contribute 5+ questions/month to maintain free access
Professional	Full platform access with PD analytics, unlimited fellows, and priority support
Enterprise	Multi-site programs, white-label options, API access, and dedicated account management

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Programs on the Starter tier that fail to meet the monthly contribution quota will receive a 30-day grace period before access is restricted to read-only mode.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Enter any real patient data, Protected Health Information (PHI), or personally identifiable health information

Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform

Upload malicious content, malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform

Misrepresent your identity, role, or institutional affiliation

Use the Platform for clinical decision-making or direct patient care

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

The Platform, including but not limited to its software, design, user interface, AI models, algorithms, question banks, clinical pearls, article summaries, teaching points, research methodology guides, case simulations, and all other curated educational content, is the exclusive intellectual property of PCCM Hub LLC, protected under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and international intellectual property treaties. All rights are reserved.

No part of this platform's content—including questions, explanations, clinical pearls, article summaries, teaching materials, research methodology guides, or any other educational material—may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of PCCM Hub LLC.

Platform Content: All content created, curated, compiled, or generated by or on behalf of PCCM Hub LLC—including AI-assisted content that has been reviewed, edited, and curated by our medical faculty—is proprietary. The selection, coordination, and arrangement of content on this Platform constitutes original works of authorship owned by PCCM Hub LLC.

Contributor IP Assignment: By submitting questions, articles, clinical pearls, or any other educational content to the Platform ("Contributed Content"), you hereby assign and transfer to PCCM Hub LLC all right, title, and interest in and to the Contributed Content, including all intellectual property rights therein. This assignment is irrevocable and worldwide. Specifically:

You assign all copyright and related rights in the Contributed Content to PCCM Hub LLC

PCCM Hub LLC has the exclusive right to use, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense, and create derivative works from the Contributed Content

You waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law

You represent that the Contributed Content is your original work and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

You retain the right to reference or describe your contribution in your CV, portfolio, or academic record, but may not reproduce the specific content submitted

PCCM Hub LLC will provide attribution to contributors within the Platform at its discretion (visible to program directors only)

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by the Platform's AI tools (questions, explanations, case simulations, clinical pearls) undergoes human editorial review, curation, and validation by board-certified PCCM faculty. The resulting works constitute derivative or compiled works owned by PCCM Hub LLC. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and should be reviewed by qualified medical professionals before being used in any formal educational setting.

Restrictions: Users may not, without prior written consent:

Copy, screenshot, or reproduce Platform content for distribution outside the Platform

Create competing products or services using content obtained from the Platform

Use Platform content to train AI models or machine learning systems

Systematically download, archive, or scrape Platform content

Share login credentials to provide unauthorized access to Platform content

Medical Disclaimer

PCCM Hub is an educational tool, not a clinical decision support system. The content provided on this Platform, including AI-generated responses, is intended solely for medical education and training purposes.

The Platform should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, clinical guidelines, or direct patient care. Always consult current clinical guidelines and institutional protocols for patient management decisions.

While we strive for accuracy, medical knowledge evolves rapidly. We do not guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Users are encouraged to report any content concerns through the Platform's feedback system.

Termination & Data Export

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Your access to the Platform will be revoked

You may request an export of your personal data and activity history within 30 days of termination

We will retain de-identified, aggregated data for platform improvement purposes

Any prepaid subscription fees for unused months will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCCM Hub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you or your program for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
